E’Licia began her work in birth and postpartum support after completing her doula trainings in 2018. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge and skills to serve families through every stage of the childbearing journey, with a special passion for the postpartum period—the “fourth trimester.”

She views the postpartum season as a sacred extension of birth, a time for healing, bonding, and gentle care. As a postpartum doula, E’Licia partners with families to create thoughtful postpartum plans that include meal preparation and meal-train coordination, babywearing, belly binding, lactation support, paced bottle feeding, post-natal corrective exercise, and restorative self-care. She creates an extra layer of reassurance during this tender transition.

E’Licia is honored to support families throughout Alabama. Her work is guided by a simple belief: every mother deserves to feel safe, supported, and deeply cared for during the fourth trimester and beyond.
